We are looking for a Back Office Assistant.

Back Office Assistant

The main responsibilities would include:

Supporting cooperation with relevant internal departments, local institutions, and relevant authorities by providing appropriate documentation;
Handling incoming/outgoing mail, keeping track of correspondence, and writing documents or letters;
Assisting with the pre- and post-sale processes involved in the purchase and sale of natural gas and electricity;
Monitoring and assisting following transaction completion (e.g., annexes, collaterals, invoices, payment confirmations, etc.);
Coordinating activities between the office in Sofia and the headquarters of the company.

Candidate should have:

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related;
Previous work experience in back-office environment;
Fluency in English;
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel's VLOOKUP and PivotTable functions;
Availability to travel abroad for initial training;
Desire to dive in unfamiliar waters without any worries;
Attitude for analysis, ability for selecting and screening information.
