Chat and Email Support with English

Main responsibilities:

Provide support to new and existing customers;
Identify customer's needs and resolve product or service problems;
Contribute to team efforts and meet company's targets;
Maintain the company`s database.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English (C1 level);
Experience in a client service role (6+ months);
Possibility to work from the office in Sofia.
