for the role Customer Care
Specialist with English - FTE or PTE.
* Guiding customers through the installation and testing process of
their new alarm system;
* Remotely programming alarm equipment for customers;
* Assisting customers in testing their alarms by assessing the
clarity of speech and pendant
battery strength;
* Helping customers with basic troubleshooting of alarm equipment
and GPS-enabled
wearable devices
* Escalating technical issues to the UK-based customer service team
when necessary:
* Monitoring automatic alarm signals and resolving power or
battery-related issues;
* Recording and updating all customer interactions in a CRM system
and ensuring customer
records are complete, relevant, and up-to-date;
* Entering data into relevant systems and creating or updating
accounts.
