As a Partner Technical Solutions Consultant with Spanish and
English, you will be a part of a great team and all together
will:
Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and
troubleshooting via ticketing system and regular outbound calls
Deliver outstanding partner service
Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
Identify and understand partner needs
Work as a trusted point of contact for partners
As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar
role but you should be fluent in Spanish and English and able to
demonstrate a high level of ownership, keen interest in
technologies, and have excellent communication skills.
