Mario Klaric is looking for a new member for his team.
As a Wi-Fi Tools Engineer at A1 Competence Delivery Center, you
will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing IT
tools that analyze Wi-Fi user data and optimizing Wi-Fi network
performance.
Your focus will be on developing and improving tools for
troubleshooting network issues, analyzing Wi-Fi data, and ensuring
an optimal user experience.
Role insights:
Develop, maintain, and improve IT tools used for monitoring,
analyzing, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi user data. These tools should
enhance the accuracy and efficiency of detecting and resolving
network performance issues.
Implement automation strategies and scripts to streamline the
troubleshooting process of Wi-Fi network issues, reducing manual
intervention and minimizing service disruptions.
Work with large datasets related to Wi-Fi network performance and
user satisfaction, using IT tools to gather insights and identify
potential network improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external
vendors to enhance Wi-Fi network monitoring tools, ensuring they
integrate seamlessly with other network systems and meet evolving
business needs.
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of Wi-Fi tools, providing
recommendations for improvements and ensuring these tools operate
at optimal performance.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Wi-Fi tools and
network systems, and provide training to other team members and
departments on how to utilize the tools effectively.
What makes you unique:
Proven experience in working with IT tools designed for network
management, performance monitoring, or troubleshooting, with a
focus on Wi-Fi systems.
Solid understanding of Wi-Fi technologies (IEEE 802.11 standards),
network protocols, and user experience metrics, including how Wi-Fi
user data impacts network performance.
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
to automate network management tasks, data analysis, and
troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze large volumes of Wi-Fi data and translate
insights into actionable improvements to network tools and user
experience.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility to travel within the A1 Group footprint as required to
support projects, collaborate with teams, or troubleshoot
systems.
