Role Overview: As a .Net Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team
of developers, oversee the development lifecycle, and contribute to
the architecture and delivery of high-quality software. You will
work in a collaborative environment with professionals boasting
over a decade of experience, ensuring that our gaming platform
remains innovative, efficient, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of .Net developers, ensuring best practices in coding,
architecture, and team collaboration.
Develop and maintain scalable game servers and backend systems
using .Net Core and .Net 8.
Oversee the integration of new features and technologies in
collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Utilize Entity Framework with PostgreSQL, managing migrations and
database architecture.
Ensure efficient use of Git for version control, including handling
sub-modules, branches, merges, and cherry-picks.
Foster a positive and energetic team culture, driving communication
and collaboration.
Core Requirements:
Proven experience with .Net Core 5 +.
Strong knowledge of Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
Expertise in Git workflows, including sub-modules and branch
management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a
collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills and Advantages:
Experience in game development, particularly with slot games or
game servers.
Familiarity with the Mediator library and/or CQRS pattern.
Proficiency with WebSockets and their integration with
JavaScript.
Exposure to frontend technologies like React and TypeScript.
Experience in containerization and composing Docker files.
