HELLIMED was founded in 1993. Company with over 25 years of tradition on the market of medical equipment and medical supplies for cardiology, interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, intensive therapies and operating rooms, neonatology, emergency medicine, neurology, dermatology and ENT.

Hellimed's mission is to provide high-performance solutions for early diagnosis and treatment of patients in clinical and perioperative wards.

Отговорности

• Order entry, coordinate order notifications, invoice and credit notes issues.
• Ensuring the implementation of complete and on-time deliveries, with the help of an efficient ordering process, ensuring the implementation of an appropriate Service Level
• Ensuring proper delivery documentation and invoices.
• Following the public tendering process and apply with Company Products according to Tenders Specification, with close cooperation of the Clinical and Sales Team.
• Close cooperation with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Quality teams, customers and other external partners on a daily basis.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or other customer platforms.
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
• Handling returns and customer complaints: receiving effective management and coordination of complaints, in accordance with the company procedure and in accordance with the customer agreement

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Bachelor's degree - Biomedical Engineering background is a plus.
• Proven background in customer service ideally in Healthcare environment with a strong emphasis on exceptional service standards.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse workload under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with people at all levels and eager to own responsibilities and drive improvements.
• Familiar with Supply Chain concepts and the pivotal nature of the Customer Service Specialist role.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel, using these tools to deliver accurate data analysis and business insights.
• Fluent Bulgarian and English.
