internal development efforts for our core digital assets: the
Self-Care portal and Corporate website.
This role is not about being the primary coder; it''s about
being the technical catalyst and mentor who ensures the team is
focused, performing, and delivering maximum value.
The Role: Leadership and Direction
The Technical Team Lead will lead a dedicated cross-functional team
responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of our digital
portal (excluding UI/UX design). Your main priority will be
organizational efficiency, technical alignment, and delivery
excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
Direction Setting: Translate business requirements and product
roadmaps into clear, executable technical tasks, priorities, and
implementation plans for the team.
Performance Driving: Drive team performance, velocity, and
accountability, ensuring timely delivery of sprints and features
while maintaining high quality standards.
Mentorship & Coaching: Act as the mentor for the team,
fostering professional growth and upholding development best
practices.
Process Ownership: Ensure the team adheres to SAFe methodologies,
standardized CI/CD pipelines, and internal quality gates.
Technical Strategy & Governance
Architectural Oversight: Maintain deep familiarity with the
application''s overall technical design (Front-end,
Back-end, Integration Platform) and guide the team in making sound
architectural decisions.
Quality Assurance: Define and enforce high standards for product
quality, testing practices, security, and performance across all
components.
Technical Debt Management: Proactively identify, prioritize, and
plan the remediation of technical debt alongside the Product
Owner.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
Bridge Building: Serve as the primary technical point of contact,
ensuring seamless collaboration between development, UI/UX, Product
Management, and operations teams.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and communicate technical risks,
bottlenecks, and dependencies to leadership in a clear manner.
Dependency Management: Work with platform and integration teams to
align development schedules and manage dependencies.
What You''ll Be Working With
While your primary focus is leadership, you must have working
knowledge of the following technologies:
Front-End: Angular framework.
Back-End: Java and Integration Platforms.
Mobile: Flutter for cross-platform applications (Android, iOS,
HUAWEI).
Data & Performance: Redis for caching and high-volume
transaction processing.
Operations: Modern CI/CD practices for automated deployment.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in software development, with at
least 3+ years in a formal Technical Team Lead, Architect, or
leadership role.
Technical Breadth: Demonstrated excellent knowledge in modern web
development and professional experience with major back-end and
front-end frameworks.
DevOps Literacy: Knowledge of CI/CD, deployment patterns,
monitoring, and operational readiness.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, organize, and manage
technical teams toward ambitious delivery targets.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
to articulate technical complexities to both engineers and
executive stakeholders.
