Vivacom, a member of United Group, is a leader in providing

through fiber optic, copper and satellite infrastructure, data
transmission services via the mobile and fixed networks and
individual telecommunication solutions tailor-made for the
client.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join us as
Technical Account Manager and be responsible for the sales of
Internet and Cyber Security Solutions and services to business
customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and target potential clients for Security solutions
Understand and address customer business requirements
Collaborate closely with Sales to define sales potential and
schedule meetings with prospective customers
Present and explain the importance and benefits of Internet and
Cyber Security solutions
Analyze customer needs and create tailored sales opportunities
Design, propose and sell Security solutions to business and
corporate customers including NGFW, EDR XDR, SEIM, SOAR etc.
Build trust and develop long-term partnerships with the clients
Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer
insights
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Telecommunications and/or IT
Technical knowledge or/аnd experience in sales of Internet and
Cuber Security solutions
Strong understanding of Security solutions – NGFW, DDoS, SIEM,
SOAR, EDR, EDR, SOC and others
Ability to compare different solutions and vendors and propose the
best fit for customer needs
Excellent English - written and spoken
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as NIS2,
DORA, PCI-DSS, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Excellent presentation аnd negotiation skills
Certification from Cisco, Fortinet or other security vendor is an
advantage.
Ability to plan, prioritize and make strategic decisions while
working effectively with both technical and non-technical team
