Role Overview:
We are seeking a Performance & Reporting Coordinator to join
our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence.
This position combines performance automation strategy, project
governance, and reporting responsibilities to ensure transparency,
efficiency, and continuous improvement across business units. The
ideal candidate will manage reporting cycles, monitor KPIs and
SLAs, and deliver actionable insights to management and
stakeholders through structured reports and impactful
presentations.
Role insights:
Support performance automation strategy, design, implementation,
and optimization.
Coordinate fulfilment operations and cross-functional
collaboration.
Supervise deliverables and accelerate execution of key
initiatives.
Manage contract governance, lifecycle documentation, and compliance
processes.
Ensure SLA compliance and KPI tracking for operational
performance.
Drive quality improvement through regular reviews and
revisions.
Prepare and deliver Monthly Performance Reports.
Provide weekly/monthly operational achievement reports and
executive summaries.
Develop clear, impactful presentations for management and
stakeholders.
Optimize communication flows and foster collaboration across
business units.
Streamline communication practices to improve efficiency and
engagement.
Introduce innovative methods to enhance internal dialogue and
collaboration.
What makes you unique:
Relevant working experience in ServiceNow, Power BI, MS Excel
(pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards), Microsoft
PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi.
Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
Familiarity with Agile principles and project management
practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience in performance reporting, governance, or operations
management.
Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder
communication.
