What you’ll do:
✅ Plan, execute, and optimize targeted digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and more with a strong focus on KPIs.
✅ Develop persuasive content for digital channels - ad copy, visual content, engaging landing pages, effective lead magnets, etc.
✅ Develop end-to-end email marketing campaigns (onboarding, retention, etc.)
✅ Content management in digital channels.
✅ Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
✅ Audience Segmentation & Personalization - to segment audiences and tailor messaging based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and demographics.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce authentic, high-impact marketing content.

Key Skills & Experience:
✔ Strong command of digital marketing platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, GA4, YouTube, TikTok, e-mail platforms).
✔ Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
✔ Working with AI-powered tools for design, video editing, and content creation (FreePic, ChatGPT, CapCut).
✔ Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach.
✔ Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
✔ 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.

Nice to have:
✔ Experience in Banking & Finance is a plus.
✔ Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
✔ Working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
