For one of our clients, an innovative and rapidly developing company in the customer
experience management sector, focused on creating meaningful customer journeys and
delivering excellent service for global clients, we are looking for – Experienced Customer
Care Agent with German or French and English (Remote).

Отговорности

*Handle B2B customer communication through multiple channels, including phone and
written correspondence;
*Provide professional support to clients using an international online payments platform,
including digital transfers and payment-related services;
*Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to accounts, transactions, and platform
functionality in a timely and accurate manner;
*Guide customers by delivering clear and reliable information about products, features, and
available services;
*Recognize customer needs and suggest relevant solutions or additional services when appropriate;
*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by building trust and maintaining long-term
business relationships.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Mandatory experience in a call center environment within Customer Support and/or BPO;
*Background in Sales is considered an advantage, but not a requirement;
*Strong written and verbal B2B communication skills;
*Fluency in German or French (C1 level) and English;
*Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage complex cases calmly and professionally;
*Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
