Non-voice Customer Advisor with Greek and English

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our casino games, sports betting options, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements and necessary skills

• Fluency in Greek (C1);
• Excellent level of English (B2);
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift with 24/7 coverage;
• Being able to work from the office in Sofia;
• Knowledge or experience in the online gambling industry will be considered as an advantage.
