For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service
Agent with Slovenian or German or Croatian or Swedish or Romanian.

Отговорности

*Support and grow B2B client accounts by understanding their needs and goals;
*Maintain regular communication with clients, building trust and strong relationships;
*Research market trends and industries to provide useful insights and recommendations;
*Identify opportunities to offer simple, effective solutions that add value;
*Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction;
*Prepare tailored recommendations and assist in executing client strategies.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Experience in a call center, customer service, or other client-facing role;
*Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people;
*Eager to learn consultative sales techniques and develop a career in sales;
*Basic understanding of business models, markets, and industry trends;
*English B2; Slovenian, German, Croatian, Swedish, or Romanian C1;
*Motivated, proactive, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
