For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for
– International B2B Travel Specialist with German.

Responsibilities

*Support business travelers over the phone with bookings and changes;
*Arrange flights, hotels, trains, and other travel needs;
*Solve travel issues quickly and keep trips running smoothly;
*Deliver friendly, personalized service to every customer;
*Record trip details and updates in the system;
*Work closely with teammates and pass on complex cases when needed.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken);
*Clear and confident phone communication, with good listening skills;
*Some experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus;
*Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage;
*Previous contact center experience is helpful but not required;
*Good computer and typing skills (MS Office knowledge).
