For our Head Office in Garitage Park, Sofia, we are looking to
hire:
Employee benefits and HR projects coordinator (Maternity cover,
m/f)
This is a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave with an
expected duration of 18 months.
What will you do?
Your mission will be to ensure our benefits package remains
competitive, well-administered, and optimally utilized by
employees, while also driving key HR organizational
initiatives:
Administer the full benefits lifecycle, including comprehensive
registration, distribution, and accurate reporting.
Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits consumption and effectiveness
to ensure optimal value for the organization and our employees.
Manage communication, negotiations, and relationships with various
benefits providers.
Lead and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives related
to employee engagement and development, ensuring effective
organization, follow-up, and timely completion (e.g., employee
surveys, engagement activities).
Support the organization and execution of internal events and
projects (e.g. team-building events, and similar engagement
activities).
Ensure all benefits administration adheres to internal policies and
relevant labor legislation.
Provide clear and timely information to employees regarding
available benefits and their utilization.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a highly committed professional with strong
organizational skills who can quickly integrate into our team.
Core Requirements:
Self-initiative, high responsibility, and excellent organizational
skills, willingness to learn , and flexibility in thinking and
actions;
Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in the final year of study,
preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field;
Proven attention to detail, especially when working with data and
reporting;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills;
Proven ability to organize and understand complex facts and
interrelationships.
Proficiency in Bulgarian (minimum fluent) is mandatory, and minimum
good knowledge of German (B2) or English (B2) is required.
Valuable assets:
Proven experience (2+ years) in Benefits Administration or HR
Project Management is a strong asset;
Direct experience with benefits vendor management is highly
valued;
Ability to easily establish trusting relationships with colleagues
and business partners;
