We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional
for the position of
SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST
Duties and responsibilities:
o Plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining the strategic
partnership between the business and IT in an agile development
environment
o Works closely with internal clients (business managers and end
users) to understand business needs across affected areas
o Elicits business requirements and translates them into creative
IT solutions
o Plays significant role in change requests’ prioritization process
and ensures that they are alighed with the company’s strategy
o Works closely with the application development team to find and
implement the best solution
The successful candidate should have:
· At least 4 years of experience on a similar position (Functional
analyst; Business analyst)
· Excellent ability to analyze complex business problems and
utilize standard business analysis techniques to develop functional
specifications
· Permanent drive towards optimization and increasing added value,
with aptitude to challenge the status-quo
· Hands-on experience in project management
· Excellent ability to organize information, manage tasks and
projects, and use available tools to effectively contribute to the
organization
· Result oriented person, with very good communication and
negotiation skills
