For our company, we are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to be the friendly face of our
client’s office. If you enjoy meeting new people, supporting colleagues, and helping the office

Responsibilities

*Be the first point of contact by warmly welcoming visitors and ensuring they are guided to
the right person or area;
*Handle incoming phone calls efficiently and connect callers with the appropriate contacts;
*Manage email and phone inquiries promptly, ensuring clear and timely communication;
*Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time;
*Create a positive first impression by maintaining a polished, professional, and approachable
front-desk presence;
*Coordinate appointments and oversee meeting room scheduling to support smooth daily operations;
*Maintain organized and up-to-date records while providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Strong organizational skills with a good eye for structure and detail;
*A team-oriented mindset, with readiness to help and collaborate with others;
*Confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
*Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment;
*Reliable, well-organized, and calm when working under pressure;
*Open to learning new responsibilities and adapting quickly to change.
*Solid computer skills, including basic to intermediate use of MS Office tools.
