• Manage internal and external communications.
• Monitor key projects and ensure tasks are followed through with

• Create professional presentations and summaries to support
management decisions.
• Organize and streamline information flow and documentation so the
right people get the right input at the right time.
• Coordinate business travel, executive meetings, and internal
events.
• Provide high-quality administrative support with a proactive
