Petya Ilieva is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Develop a product vision and strategic roadmap to ensure continuous ServiceNow instance evolvement.
own, manage, and prioritize the ServiceNow product backlog in alignment with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and manage their expectations.
Work closely with the ServiceNow Scrum Master, developers, and subject-matter/module experts during Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Monitor platform utilization, collect feedback, and recommend enhancements to drive user adoption and overall ServiceNow value.

Well know you can make it if you have:

Proven experience with ServiceNow as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and core ServiceNow modules.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on business value, risk, and stakeholder needs.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, bridging business users, technical teams, and leadership.
Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, including ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

Nice to have:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
ITSM/ITIL certifications (ITIL 4 Foundation or higher).
Product Owner certifications (CSPO, PSPO I/II).
