Lyubomir Ivanov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
Independent creation and modification of employment and trainee
contracts in German;
Registration of new employees in the HR system;
Administration of changes throughout the employee lifecycle, such
as changes in weekly working hours, parental leave, terminations,
and salary adjustments;
Support with administrative topics in HR Operations.
Well know you can make it if you have:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a
similar field;
Very good written and spoken German skills;
Knowledge of English (considered an advantage);
Previous experience in HR (considered an advantage);
Inquisitiveness, curiosity, and a willingness to learn;
A structured and detail-oriented working style;
Quick comprehension;
Openness, commitment, and strong communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Office.
