For one of our clients - a global BPO provider offering high-quality customer support and business solutions, we are looking for an E-Sales Assistant with Arabic or Turkish or Romanian or German.

Responsibilities

*Connect with advertisers and agencies to optimize campaigns and unlock growth opportunities;
*Drive high-volume inbound and outbound sales conversations across the full customer journey;
*Proactively manage and accelerate your sales pipeline toward successful deals;
*Identify and engage key decision-makers using smart prospecting tools;
*Deliver data-driven recommendations that improve ad performance and ROI;
*Consistently achieve targets while building long-term client relationships.

Requirements and necessary skills

*C1 fluency in Arabic, Turkish, Romanian, or German, plus strong English skills;
*1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising;
*Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
*Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed performance targets;
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment;
*Experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
