Role insights:
- Define and own the Process & Workflow Automation roadmap, governance framework, standards, and best practices.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities across business units, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation strategy.
- Lead end-to-end automation programs from ideation to deployment, overseeing multiple workstreams, KPIs, risks, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects.
- Conduct process assessments, value stream mapping, and future-state process design to ensure measurable ROI and efficiency gains.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Build and mentor the automation team, fostering innovation, capability maturity, and operational excellence.
What makes you unique:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven leadership experience managing complex programs, portfolios, or streams.
- Strong understanding of RPA, workflow automation, BPM, and orchestration platforms.
- Experience working with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading enterprise-scale automation transformations.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation and intelligent document processing solutions.
