Role insights:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s operational risk management framework in coordination with the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks (strategic, financial, operational, regulatory, reputational).
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses in cooperation with the compliance review unit in Cyber Trust team.
- Support the gap management unit in Cyber Trust team to ensure risk controls are effectively designed and implemented.
- Provide regular risk reporting to senior management, highlighting trends, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead risk awareness and training initiatives across the organization.
- Perform supply chain risk management activities as needed.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
What makes you unique:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Cybersecurity or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise or operational risk management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of international risk frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO, etc.).
- Experience in working with stakeholders and management to foster risk awareness culture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
- Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, PRM, CIRM, CIA, CPA or similar.
- Experience in cyber security, data privacy or compliance management.
- Familiarity with GRC tools and their customization.
