For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Senior Commercial
Operations Specialist with German (HYBRID).

Responsibilities

*Support Key Account Managers in drafting, reviewing, and validating contracts, ensuring
full compliance with internal policies and procedures;
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, resolving discrepancies — especially
those related to pricing;
*Monitor account performance and proactively address any operational or contract-related issues;
*Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure contract terms are
implemented effectively and efficiently;
*Identify and correct pricing errors or contract inconsistencies to ensure seamless service
delivery and account stability;
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline
processes and enhance team efficiency.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Completed commercial education or relevant experience in administrative, customer service,
or sales support roles;
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling contract and pricing information;
*Foundational knowledge of contract structures and compliance requirements;
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with SAP or CRM
systems is a plus;
*Good communication skills in German and English, written and spoken;
*Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
