For one of our clients - a company providing professional BPO services worldwide since 2014, connecting clients with local talent to ensure seamless communication and successful entry into the European market, we are looking for – Voice Support Specialist with Danish (Remote).

Responsibilities

*Handle guest calls about bookings and inquiries;
*Help guests choose the perfect vacation home;
*Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations;
*Resolve payment questions quickly and smoothly;
*Promote extras like linen, cleaning, and add-ons;
*Deliver excellent service while boosting sales.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluent in Danish and good English (B2+);
*Strong communication and sales skills;
*Friendly, customer-focused, and persuasive;
*Goal-oriented and motivated by results;
*Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus;
*Comfortable working from home independently.
