Your daily routine would include:
- Administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform, including incident, request, problem, change, CMDB, knowledge base, and other modules as required.
- Performing regular maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including patching, vulnerability management, and release activities, in coordination with development teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution for ServiceNow-related incidents and requests.
- Monitor platform health and performance as well as perform root cause analysis of recurring issues.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in testing and deploying new functionalities, integrations, and releases.
- Be in contact with ServiceNow support for advanced troubleshooting or escalations.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and support.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Experience in configuring ServiceNow including patch management, vulnerability management, and release activities, in cooperation with development teams.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow security model and access controls.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document clearly within the ServiceNow platform (especially through the Knowledge Base and other internal tools).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Experience with integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, LDAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks.
