We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great team and who will be involved with the following:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
• Responsible for portfolio of existing Loans granted to municipalities
• Meetings with institutional clients, negotiation of investment and working capital loans
• Structuring Municipality Project finance deals
• Preparаtion of materials for Credit Committees. Collaboration with colleagues from Legal Dept., Collateral Management Dept., Risk Management Dept., external advisors
• Manage the process for documental finalization of the deals and the utilization of the loan.
• Monitoring of the projects from the portfolio
• Regular update of regulatory framework governing the financial situation of municipalities
• Analyzing market trends: Keeping up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions that may impact the loans portfolio.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the sectors of budgetary institutions
• Knowledge in the area of financing with financial instruments (FIs) through European Union operational programs (OPs)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• University degree in Finance, Banking, International business, Business Administration or similar
• Аt least 3 years of experience in banking and finance, experience in Municipalities financing is an advantage
• Strong analytical, financial and negotiation skills, computer skills (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong presentational and communication skills
• Abilities to set the right priorities and follow tight deadlines
• Team player
