For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – HR Shared Services
Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
*Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering responsive, high-quality
support aligned with People and Culture standards;
*Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and internal
mobility to offboarding — ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience;
*Resolve HR-related requests efficiently through case management systems, knowledge
platforms, and self-service tools, escalating complex matters when required;
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and organizational data across HR systems,
ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times;
*Coordinate onboarding activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure
a smooth start for new hires;
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People and Culture by optimizing
processes, supporting automation efforts, and enhancing system capabilities.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Previous experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a People & Culture
administrative environment;
*University degree or equivalent qualification;
*Strong German and English skills (B2–C1 level) – both written and spoken;
*Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills;
*High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and
confidential information;
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to changing
priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams.
