For one of our international partners, we are looking for а Business Support Specialist to support the organization.
What your responsibilities will be:
• Providing administrative and operational support;
• Maintaining internal records and documentation;
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and internal coordination;
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners via email;
• Processing and tracking information through internal systems;
• Assisting with reports and schedules.
What requirements you need to meet:
• Very good command of English (written and spoken);
• Previous experience in administrative, HR, customer support, or similar role - an advantage;
• Good computer literacy;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines professionally.
