For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Help Desk Specialist with
Slovenian or Dutch or German or Turkish or English.

Responsibilities

*Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient
service experience;
*Assist customers with product and service inquiries in a professional and friendly manner;
*Help resolve customer issues by identifying the best possible solution;
*Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems;
*Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality customer service.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Slovenian, Dutch, German, or Turkish, plus good command of English (spoken and written);
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset;
*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly;
*Positive attitude and motivation to work in a customer support environment.
