Your daily routine would include:
- Gather and document business requirements by conducting discovery meetings and workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
- Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features, enhancements and system integrations.
- Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks to ensure outcomes deliver the ask whilst.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to ensure we continuously improve our solutions and offerings.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- 2+ years experience in a Business Analyst role supporting ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and functionality.
- A good understanding of ITIL v3 or v4.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communications skills, ability to form strong relationships with a strong customer focus.
