Violeta Ilkova is looking for a new team member.

We act as contact person for our business customers and ensure timely and efficient delivery by monitoring and coordinating with internal and external service partners/suppliers for a timely, customer-oriented and economic realization.


Your daily routine would include:

·         Processing customer orders, collecting missing data and submitting the order in our ordering systems;

·         Ensuring the timely realization of the orders through coordination, monitoring and proactive customer contact (mostly per mail, but also per phone);

·         Operating a proactive information and communication management towards customers, vendors, partners and internal organizational units;

·         Coordinating requests and escalations and document them in our CRM and ordering systems.


We’ll know you can make it if you have:

·         Good communication skills in German (spoken and written B1, B2);

·         The customer in focus, but you always have the interests of the company in mind;

·         Curiosity for new topics and desire to continuously develop your professional qualifications;

·         Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking, you also understand complex contexts quickly;

·         Knowledge of the current technologies in the telecommunication business;

·         General experience in using MS-Office (Word, Excel).
