*Support clients by providing clear, accurate, and friendly information;
*Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone professionally;
*Follow quality standards and internal procedures to ensure excellent service;
*Achieve personal and team performance goals while contributing to the project’s success;
*Develop your skills and stay up-to-date with the fast-paced online gaming industry;
*Collaborate with your team in a positive and supportive environment.
Изисквания и необходими умения
*Fluent in Dutch with good English communication skills;
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
*Customer service experience is a plus, especially in gaming or casino environments;
*Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues;
*Goal-driven and motivated to achieve individual and team targets;
*Flexible to work day and night shifts to support online casino operations.
