For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for Customer Care Associate Specialist with French or Turkish or Slovenian.
*Provide exceptional customer service to clients;
*Resolve customer queries efficiently via phone, email, or chat;
*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions;
*Record customer information and issue details in the system;
*Collaborate with team members to handle complex inquiries;
*Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate assistance.
*Fluent in French, Turkish or Slovenian (C1 level);
*Good command of English (B2 level);
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
*Previous customer service experience is a plus;
*Willingness to learn and improve.
