About us

Astrea Recruitment is looking for a motivated HR Administration Assistant to join our team on-site for a full-time, fixed-term assignment.
This role is ideal for someone with basic HR or administrative experience who enjoys working with people, organizing processes, and supporting employee onboarding.

Responsibilities

Contact candidates who have already accepted job offers via phone and email
Organize and coordinate meetings for contract signing
Collect the required information and documentation from new employees
Assist with preparing and maintaining employees personal files
Enter and maintain employee data in the our system
Provide administrative support to the HR team during the onboarding process

Requirements and necessary skills

Previous HR or administrative experience is considered an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good command of English
Proficiency in MS Office

3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension to 6 months
