*Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, AdCash, Propeller, and more;
*Analyze performance to boost conversions, ROAS, and LTV;
*Work with creative and product teams to craft high-impact ads and landing pages;
*Test and improve ads, copy, and audiences through A/B experiments;
*Track results and provide actionable insights for growth;
*Manage campaign budgets efficiently across multiple platforms.
*2+ years in performance marketing or media buying;
*Strong experience with Meta Ads and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio);
*Knowledge of Meta Conversions is a big plus;
*Data-driven with sharp analytical skills;
*Experience in iGaming or regulated industries is advantageous;
*Excellent English skills; affiliate/influencer marketing knowledge is a plus.
