Your daily routine would include:
- Designing and implementing new features end-to-end within a cross-functional squad, following design patterns and good practices;
- Building solutions using modern technologies and the latest versions of libraries and frameworks;
- Investigating and fixing bugs in existing features across backend services;
- Participating in code reviews — both giving and receiving constructive feedback;
- Designing and maintaining database schemas while ensuring data integrity across changes.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Solid experience with .NET (2+ years);
- Hands-on knowledge of C# ORMs and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL or other);
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture, CQRS, and common design patterns;
- Experience with message brokers — RabbitMQ or similar;
- Experience with distributed caching and distributed locking strategies;
- Comfort working in a microservices environment;
- Fluent English – written and spoken;
- Communication skills — you can clearly explain what you're working on and raise concerns without being asked;
- A proactive mindset — you look ahead, spot issues early, and move things forward without waiting to be told.
Nice to have:
- Experience with containerization — Docker and/or Kubernetes;
- Working with Single-page applications (React is preferred).
