Job Description
- Engage with field teams (Sales, presales, specialists, partners) on customer opportunities and support PoC/Pilots/Solution showcase/benchmarking engagements
- Responsible for qualifying the opportunity, define the technical scope and success criteria for the engagement and ensure success of the engagement.
- Responsible for interfacing with the customer and field teams through out the lifecycle of the engagement
- Set up the PoC/Benchmark setup, on board the customer/partner and provide technical support throughout the engagement
- Leverage own technical skills, peers in the team and the larger engineering capabilities in the organisation to provide in-depth technical expertise to make the customer/partner engagement successful.
