For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Lifestyle Brand Customer Support Advisor with Dutch.
*Be the go-to person for our customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone;
*Help customers with questions before and after their purchases, making their experience smooth and enjoyable;
*Solve problems creatively and ensure every customer feels valued and heard;
*Keep track of customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detail in our support system;
*Follow best practices and company guidelines to deliver a consistent and outstanding customer experience.
*Fluent in Dutch (B2) and proficient in English (B1–B2);
*Prior experience in customer support is a plus, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands;
*Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach;
*Confident managing customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone;
*Comfortable with basic computer tools and quick to learn new support systems.
*Supportive and friendly team environment;
*Paid training provided;
*Monthly performance bonus after the 3rd month;
*8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with 2 days off per week;
