Responsibilities
- Contact and consult leads from the US market, understand their needs, and present suitable business solutions;
- Guide clients through the onboarding, account activation, and adoption process;
- Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for improvement and upselling;
- Manage the client pipeline accurately and support the closing process.
Requirements and necessary skills
- Excellent level of English;
- Experience in sales, account management or business development is mandatory;
- Target-oriented person with strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to work entirely on-site.
