As part of the Global HRIS team, the HCM System Expert will report to the Global HRIS Lead and act as an individual contributor responsible for the design and implementation of Recruitment and Learning systems. The role is responsible for transforming operational HR processes into automated and data-driven workflows.
Recruitment Systems Responsibilities:
- Act as system owner for the organization's Recruitment / ATS platform, ensuring smooth configuration, release management, and operational excellence.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to continuously improve recruitment workflows, interview scheduling, candidate experience, and hiring manager tools.
- Analyze recruitment data to provide insights on time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
- Support integrations between the ATS and other HR systems to ensure seamless data flows and accurate reporting.
Learning Management System Responsibilities:
- Oversee LMS configuration, catalog management, user provisioning, and content administration.
- Work closely with Learning & Development teams to deploy learning programs, ensure compliance tracking, and generate training analytics.
- Support integrations between the LMS and other HR systems to ensure seamless data flows and accurate reporting.
Experience:
- 5+ years prior experience configuring and Recruitment / Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing recruitment technology solutions (e.g., SmartRecruiters (preferred), Workday Recruiting, or similar), ensuring efficient end-to-end hiring processes.
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), supporting training deployment, compliance tracking, reporting, and user management.
- Solid knowledge of HR functions and HR processes, with strong digital dexterity when adopting new tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Experience with HR digital transformation projects.
- Experienced professional in HRIS project implementation.
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Experienced in managing confidential data and performing analysis to produce dashboards and reports, with expert usage of MS Excel.
- Comfortable working in multi-country or global scopes and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR Management.
