Web Content administrator (by replacement)

What you’ll do:

• Manage and update web content across all corporate sites built on the CMS platfom.
• Create and maintain content types, components, relations in CMS Platform (according to governance).
• Populate pages with text, images, structured data, SEO metadata.
• Ensure content accuracy, formatting, and optimal display across devices.
• Serve as the strategic lead for community management across all social media platforms where UBB is present. Proactively engage audiences and elevate brand reputation
• Drive the exploration of emerging social channels to expand our digital footprint
• Manage the media library (upload, metadata, optimization standards).
• Maintain content scheduling, releases.
• Ensure content follows corporate communication standards and legal/compliance requirements.
   
  

Key competencies:

• Deep understanding CMS platforms (content types, components, relations, media library, roles & permissions).
• Familiarity with frontend content structures (HTML basics, metadata, SEO fields, URL structures)
• Ability to work with media assets, taxonomy, structured content models. Experience with data consistency, content population in multi-site architectures
• Ability to communicate with IT regarding integrations, environment specifics (DEV/UAT/PROD), and dependencies
• Strong attention to detail, especially in structured content, components, and page templates
• Excellent copy and content quality assurance (formatting, media, SEO fields)
• Ability to maintain consistent content governance, naming conventions & taxonomy
• Ability to document processes, new features, and content requirements for business units
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools to support content performance
• Strong attention to detail and excellence and ability to manage multiple topics
• Proficiency in both Bulgarian and English writing and editing for clear, high-quality content
