What you’ll do:
- Build strong understanding of the website’s templates, requirements and end-to-end user journeys
- Gather the necessary input from business units to create SEO-optimized, customer centric content
- Improve direct client communications, including testing and optimizing messaging for effectiveness
- Prepare and refine website copy together with business and web stakeholders according to template and journey requirements
- Collaborate with the Web team to align information architecture and text templates
- Request and consolidate additional materials when needed (journeys, product USPs, process flows, screenshots)
- Align content with Legal team and incorporate feedback and alternative wording where required
- Request translation of all texts from the respective team and align the wording to keep consistent tone of voice across all languages and pages
- Deliver finalized copy for publishing across the website and other digital channels
- Apply AI-driven optimization to all produced content, ensuring it is easily read and processed by AI agents
- Continuously analyze and optimize existing website and other marketing channels content
- Regularly check and update relevant Wikipedia pages to maintain accurate and current information
- Prepare additional digital marketing materials upon request
Key competencies:
- Proven experience writing website or digital marketing copies
- Strong understanding of UX writing and conversion principles
- Ability to simplify complex, regulated financial topics into concise and compelling messaging
- Excellent Bulgarian and English writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO, SEA and AIO fundamentals and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellence and ability to manage multiple topics
