For their newly forming team, we are currently looking for a motivated talent to join the position of:
HRS Recruitment Services Bulgaria has License 2525 valid from 26.04.2018.
Responsibilities
- You will learn to provide support to business customers via email, chat, and phone in German or French;
- Become proficient in handling customer requests, questions, and basic issues in a clear and professional way;
- Track and document all interactions in internal company systems;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex cases;
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as proofreading, simple translations, and updates.
Requirements and necessary skills
- Fluent German, Dutch or French (C1);
- Good command of English (B2);
- Strong communication skills and good technical knowledge MS office, Outlook, VPN;
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail;
- No previous experience required the role is suitable for entry-level candidates.
