For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for - Sales Operations Coordinator with German or Spanish or Italian or Arabic.
*Assist the sales team in daily operations and client management;
*Maintain and update customer data in the company's platforms;
*Support lead generation and prospect follow-ups;
*Coordinate communication between sales and other departments;
*Help prepare offers, presentations, and proposals;
*Track sales performance and assist in reporting.
*Fluent in German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic - C1 level;
*English – at least on level B2;
*Interest in sales and client communication;
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
*Good knowledge of MS Office package;
*Flexibility to work in shifts (day and night).
