Job Description


As part of the Global HRIS team, the HCM System Expert will report to the Global HRIS Lead and act as an individual contributor responsible for the design and implementation of Human Capital Management systems. The role is responsible for transforming operational HR processes into automated and data-driven workflows.

 

This position is globally responsible for digitalizing hire?to?retire and administrative HR processes, partnering with various stakeholders across the HR function to ensure HR technologies deliver real business value. The HCM System Expert ensures high standards of data quality and operational efficiency while enabling user adoption and promoting data literacy. The role acts as a liaison between HR, HRIS, and IT in the context of system development and integrations.

 

Responsibilities

 

Digital Process Design

- Prepare briefs for each project and present design ideas to relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure design consistency across all company platforms.

- Leverage technical knowledge to propose optimal solutions to HR practitioners.

- Design and implement digital HR strategies aligned with organizational business goals.

- Use digital and mobile tools to redesign HR programs.

- Build mobile applications to deliver HR services.

- Contribute to designing a digital workplace that enables productivity and modern communication while enhancing engagement and well?being.

 

HR System Expertise

- Act as a data governor for employee master data and maintain data integrity.

- Ensure secure access to confidential data.

- Perform data audits to identify and address data issues.

- Increase data literacy and awareness across the organization.

- Support data-driven decision making.

- Ensure new developments and security updates comply with data protection laws.

- Standardize processes and data aligned with industry best practices.

- Formalize and maintain a data governance framework, including standardized data definitions and data quality controls.

- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, ensuring accurate and efficient functionality across business processes.

- Develop and maintain Workday reports, including advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports.

- Perform Workday system maintenance activities, including release management, regression testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and stabilization of new features.

 

Project Implementation & Change Management

- Act as point of reference between the Global HRIS team and local HR teams.

- Analyze requests or changes to ensure alignment with global processes.

- Serve as a change ambassador promoting digital HR tools.


Qualifications


About the Profile

- 5+ years of experience configuring and administering HCM systems.

- Hands-on Workday configuration experience.

- Strong Workday reporting proficiency.

- Experience with Workday system maintenance.

- Strong analytical and problem?solving skills.

- HR digital transformation experience.

- HRIS project implementation experience.

- Bachelors degree in IT or HR.

- High digital dexterity.

- Experience handling confidential data and producing dashboards.

- Global/multi-country experience.

- Passion for digital transformation.

- Self?motivated and proactive.
