For one of our clients - a workforce-focused company offering business and IT outsourcing,
committed to quality, care, and meaningful client partnerships, we are looking for –
Junior Tech Support Advisor with Spanish or Portuguese (Remote).
*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;
*Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, or accounts;
*Handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact resolution;
*Accurately log and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems;
*Meet performance goals such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards;
*Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve the customer experience;
*Provide timely updates on case progress through ticketing and chat systems, ensuring a
positive customer experience;
*Troubleshoot account, access, and application-related issues following established procedures.
*Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, plus good communication skills in English;
*Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
*Comfortable handling conversations via phone and chat;
*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly;
*Motivation to achieve targets and deliver positive results;
*Previous customer service experience is a plus;
*Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and basic knowledge of SaaS or cloud application;
*Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
