For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Backoffice Consultant with
Turkish or German or French or Italian (Hybrid).
*Help customers by responding to their requests and product questions - all online, no calls;
*Manage tickets and messages using our smart internal tools;
*Keep product info accurate and up to date - your attention to detail matters;
*Collaborate with teams to solve issues quickly and efficiently;
*Follow processes to ensure top-notch data quality.
*Fluent in Turkish, German, French or Italian and confident in English;
*Tech-savvy with basic digital tools and web platforms;
*Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently;
*Previous experience in support or back-office work is a plus, but not required;
*Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in an international environment.
