For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for - Technical Integration Consultant with Dutch (Hybrid).
*Take ownership of new client onboarding and ensure a seamless, well-structured introduction to software solutions;
*Build strong, trusted relationships through regular face-to-face meetings that drive engagement and product adoption;
*Support clients throughout their journey from initial setup all the way to full license activation and successful usage;
*Act as a reliable advisor by sharing best practices and helping clients achieve maximum value from the product;
*Keep CRM records accurate, organized, and up to date with all client interactions and progress;
*Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues efficiently, working closely with internal teams when needed.
*Fluent in Dutch, with strong written and spoken communication skills;
*Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, BPO, or customer-facing roles, ideally within tech or software environments;
*Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
*Strong communication skills with a structured and organized approach to work;
*Experience using CRM systems and managing client cases or support tickets;
*Customer-oriented mindset with a consultative approach and the ability to turn insights into improved client success.
*Monday-Friday standard working hours (hybrid model);
*Relocation package - includes airfare after 6 months, 10-day hotel stay with breakfast, and
optional salary advance;
